Free Yoga Classes
The Sony Centre offers free yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon. No experience is required, but bring your own mat and water. Registration is usually available online ahead of the class.

Mindfulness of the Senses
Meditation instructor Cassidy Thedorf and Thai yoga masseuse and yoga instructor Leanne Davis are offering attendees of these classes mindful exploration of the senses. Enjoy guided meditation with Thai yoga massage (touch), essential oils (smell), sound healing with a crystal quartz singing bowl (sound), a mindful chocolate tasting (taste), and more. All are welcome, including beginners. You’ll want to bring along a yoga mat and a small scarf.

Mindful Mother’s Day Expression
Meditation instructor Cassidy Thedorf returns, this time with Arts Therapist Or Har-Gil. The pair are running a creative arts and meditation workshop. The class will begin with a meditation, followed by exploring mindful expression through guided arts practices. You don’t need to have any experience in either meditation or arts to attend. Simply tap into the true essence of you. And hey… this is an ideal experiential gift for Mother’s Day.
