A summer rainstorm caused flooding ramps leading to some of Toronto’s highways, and police are warning drivers to be careful.
A giant puddle formed on the Park Lawn Road on-ramp to the westbound Gardiner Expressway Sunday morning, which prompted the Toronto Police Service to ask drivers to avoid “low-lying roadways.”
