Paleo

Based on the diet presumed to be eaten by early humans, this way of eating emphasizes meats, fish, veggies, and fruits while eliminating grains, dairy, and most processed foods. It’s sorta-kinda similar to Keto, but focuses more on specific food categories instead of macronutrient profiles.
