Toronto's new waterfront fish festival has been 'postponed'

Jul 19 2018, 10:46 pm

In what become somewhat of a trend, yet another Toronto food festival has been cancelled just ahead of its scheduled start date.

Following a wave of 86’d events including Burger Fest and Budweiser County Fair, Toronto’s yet-to-debut Harold’s Fish Festival will not go on as planned either.

Organizers behind the promised waterfront seafood festival reached out to Daily Hive to share that “we had to postpone the date to later this year,” and are waiting to hear back from a new venue. Harold’s website has been updated to simply read “Fall 2018. Dates TBA.”

While no new date has been set, the event scheduled to take place July 27 to 29 at Ontario Place is officially off.
