Gwyneth Paltrow's goop opening its first pop-up market in Toronto this spring

Fans of Gwenyth Paltrow’s lifestyle line, goop, will soon be able to shop for the covetable products directly from the brand in Toronto.

For the first time, goop will bring its pop-up MRKT concept to Canada’s largest city, opening its doors to the public on June 7.

Beauty and wellness enthusiasts can stock up on goop-approved clean beauty, wellness, luxury fashion, and curated home essentials.

“We’ve always been in awe of our neighbours to the north, which is why we picked Canada as the first place to launch e-commerce internationally in 2017,” said Melanie Ramer, goop’s vice president of retail.

“Since then, we’ve created moments in Montreal and Vancouver, so it felt like the natural next step to activate in Toronto with our first goop MRKT pop-up shop. We hope locals and travellers alike will enjoy what we have to offer at goop MRKT Toronto,” said Ramer.

The pop-up, designed by Yabu Pushelberg, will be located at 118 Yorkville Avenue, tucked inside The Hazelton Hotel.

The 1,300 sq-ft. space will be stocked with goods across home, fashion, beauty, wellness, and specialty items.

Guests can also shop from a Canada-specific edit of ready-to-wear, swim, and activewear from brands including La DoubleJ, ATM, Bassike, Rhode, Natalie Martin, and goop’s own lines of G. Label apparel and G. Sport activewear, as well as jewellery from designers including La Californienne and Foundrae.

Those looking to add an airy touch of goop to their home will find all the essentials including baking accessories, dishes, glassware, flatware, linens, and more.

For the clean beauty buff, the space will be packed with skincare, makeup, and body care from brands including Tata Harper, Kosas, May Lindstrom, Necessaire, and Vintner’s Daughter.

It will also feature goop’s own collection of high-performance, clean skincare, skin-boosting ingestibles, artisanal fragrances, and bath, and body essentials.
