This food truck is giving out FREE tacos in Toronto today
Today is a very special day.
It’s not only National Taco Day, a day-long fiesta for taco lovers everywhere, but Tia Rosa, a popular Mexican tortilla brand, will be handing out FREE tacos in Toronto for a very special cause too.
Tia Rosa will be using National Taco Day for their chance to raise funds for the those affected by the devastating earthquakes that tore through Mexico, leaving many stranded without food or shelter.
This afternoon, Torontonians are invited to join Tia Rosa in supporting Mexico by visiting the Tia Rosa food truck, which will be parked at the corner of Front Street West and Simcoe Street. You can enjoy a delicious taco while supporting a wonderful cause.
In return, Tia Rosa will match up to $50,000 in donations that will go directly to Mexican earthquake relief efforts via the Mexican Red Cross.
That’s what we call a win-win.
