Toronto’s Little India neighbourhood hosts the Festival of South Asia this summer.

The annual street festival is a showcase of South Asian community and culture, and among the many highlights this year, festival-goers can look forward to a Bollywood parade and pop-up museum, “Culture Alley” kid zone, sidewalk sales, beer garden, and most importantly, tasting tables hawking delicious eats spanning the gamut of kebabs, curries, and chaat, to dosa, pani puri, pakoras, and more!

Also on the bill is live entertainment including dancing, fashion shows, and authentic South Asian cultural programs reflecting Indian, Afghani, Pakistani, Bengali, and Sri Lankan cultures. Not to mention the festival grounds will be decorated to give the feel of a South Asian bazaar meets night circus.
