If camping isn’t necessarily your thing, but you still enjoy the outdoors, there’s a resort northwest of Toronto with your name on it.

Located near Georgian Bay, Evergreen Forest Bed & Breakfast is an outdoor dream in an indoor setting. The Woodland Suite is nestled in the forest of the beautiful Bruce Peninsula, and is built with a clear-roof for the ultimate night gazing experience.

At night, you can watch the skies and stars from your bed, which is heated by the way. And during the day, the region offers activities such as hikes around the Bruce Trail.

To get to the room, adventure seekers will walk through a trail in the forest. There are no neighbours, and the only sounds you’ll hear are that of nature.

As the accommodation’s website describes it:

Here, life is palpable and verdant: slender trees rustle and sway to an unseen aerial melody, high above the forest floor. Their resident songbirds and tree-climbers chatter here and there, delightfully inuring the listener to all else as they prepare for the night. Evening wafts through the branches, and as the whippoorwills begin to call, the spectacle of night begins.

This one-of-a-kind getaway starts at $219 per night, and is open for the season until October.

See you in the forest.
