Waste Reduction Week Pop-Up Clothing Swap

Celebrate Waste Reduction Week in Canada in Nathan Phillips Square! Recycling Council of Ontario, The City of Toronto and Value Village will be hosting a pop-up clothing swap. So swap out your old Halloween costume for a new one, pick-up a new winter coat or find some new additions for your wardrobe!
