EATible Food Market is a new event kicking off this summer aimed at showcasing small food plates from local vendors.

“My intention is spark the rise of the ‘food entrepreneur’ and produce a new kind of community with a focus on creative and exciting foods,” explains the organizer on the EATible website.

Situated on Augusta Avenue in Kensington Market, EATible will start up in late July, and run every weekend for the rest of the summer, including two Pedestrian Sundays. The market will run from 11 am to 6 pm each day.

Participating vendors so far include La Fiesta Catering, North Poké, Ace Hill, Coconut Island, and Rock Lobster, with more to come. Non-profit reBOOT will be providing WiFi for the market, too.

Here’s the full schedule of dates:

  • July 23 & 24
  • July 30 & 31 (Pedestrian Sunday)
  • August 6 & 7
  • August 13 & 14
  • August 20 & 21
