Dundas West just got a gorgeous new afternoon tea cafe
Dundas West is having a time.
From taking over the brunch scene to serving scoops of fierce gelato, this neighbourhood seems to be home to all the new spots lately.
And now the area can add afternoon tea to its roster.

Kitten and the Bear, known for their beautiful decor, classy teas and mouthwatering sweets and jams, has opened up shop at Dundas and Gladstone.

The spot’s signature Jam and Tea service runs on weekends through reservation.
On the table you’ll find freshly baked buttermilk scones, a flight of seasonal preserves, double Devon cream and tea or coffee, all fresh and fancy for you. Seats are $24.50 per person.
If you’re not looking for the full sit-down experience, the shop is still a gorgeous spot to stop by for a quick cuppa, or a gift for the artisanal-lover in your life.

The food pantry is stocked with teas, honeys, cookies, baking mixes, custards and preserves, and there are vintage teacups and other kitchen-ware aboard, too.
So whether you’re looking to lounge for hours or get your quick-fix of class, there’s a new spot in the neighbourhood that’ll suit your fancy quite nicely.
