It was a busy weekend in music.
Besides Governors Ball being cancelled in New York City, and Kanye West’s secret free show announcement causing mayhem at Webster Hall prompting a quick cancellation, our (October’s) very own Drake came out on top.
On this week’s OVO Radio, Drizzy himself hosted the show with Roy Woods.
The big reveals on the episode included Justin Bieber’s remix of “One Dance,” his Gucci Mane collar “Back On The Road,” and arguably the best surprise was Drake’s “4 pm in Calabasas.” Following his signature time series, “9 am in Dallas,” “5 am in Toronto,” and “6 pm in New York,” the track samples “Can’t Nobody Hold Me Down” by Puff Daddy ft Mase. The straight up rap track also takes jabs at Meek Mill, once again.
