At least that’s how it’s looking in Toronto, with the impending arrival of a charcoal pasta hub at John and Adelaide Streets.
The SÔS (definitely pronounced like sauce) will be arriving at 118 John Street, and we’re salivating just imagining the flavours they’ll be bringing along.

Details on the new hub are limited, but it looks like they’re going to be serving up some mean dishes, some of which incorporate Stokes Vegan Cheese.
Veg-heads, rejoice! This one’s for you.
