For those who thought that eating charcoal was a thing of the past—surprise! It’s not.
- Canadian vegan cheese shop told to stop using the word 'cheese' on packaging
- A 'New Wave Japanese' restaurant has opened after owners lost last eatery to fire
- This adored Montreal restaurant is opening in Toronto this May
In fact, fettuccini is the new black.
At least that’s how it’s looking in Toronto, with the impending arrival of a charcoal pasta hub at John and Adelaide Streets.
The SÔS (definitely pronounced like sauce) will be arriving at 118 John Street, and we’re salivating just imagining the flavours they’ll be bringing along.

Details on the new hub are limited, but it looks like they’re going to be serving up some mean dishes, some of which incorporate Stokes Vegan Cheese.
Veg-heads, rejoice! This one’s for you.
According to the spot’s Instagram account, they’ll be opening up shop later this month.
Watch this carby, dark and handsome place.
