You can dine inside an incredible dome beneath the Gardiner this spring
In an experience that’s part pop-up restaurant, part outdoor oasis, you have the chance to enjoy dinner in an igloo-esque experience at The Bentway this spring.
Dinner with a View attendees will dine in heated, clear and frameless domes that offer a gorgeous view of the city around them.

All 30 of Toronto’s domes will be transformed into unique terrariums that correspond with different regions of the earth’s terroir: tundra, tropical, grasslands, arid and boreal forest.
Live flora, luxurious textiles and elegant illumination will bring the spaces to life while you enjoy a three-course, locally sourced meal.

And your surroundings aren’t the only thing that’ll be beautifully designed: menus have been created by Chef RenĂ© Rodriguez, Top Chef Canada Season 4 Winner. You’ll have the chance to choose from three blind menu categories – meat, fish or vegan – and from there, the adventure is a delicious surprise.
“Toronto is one of the most interesting foodie cities in the world with access to countless cuisines,” says Steve Georgiev, the event’s organizer in a press release.
