Minami is the fourth culinary concept from Aburi Restaurants, alongside sister venues Miku Toronto, Aburi TORA and Aburi Hana, further expanding the reach of Aburi cuisine within the Toronto culinary scene.
Minami Toronto offers exclusive bentos, bowls, as well as bespoke deluxe tiers. You will find a selection of signature Aburi oshi, rolls, nigiri, as well as in-house European desserts. Holiday Platters are also available for two or four, with optional wine and sake pairing.

Helmed by chef Jason Do who has honed his craft across the various banners under Aburi Restaurants Canada, the menu at Minami Toronto embraces seasonal and regional ingredients, as well as Ocean Wise seafood options. Techniques and flavours combining Japanese tradition and modern global concepts are reflected in dishes that span from land to sea.
