Toronto's new Costco Warehouse in midtown opens next week
There’s no need to drive out to the ‘burbs to stock up on a pallet of cereal or a 50-pack of toilet paper because Costco is officially opening in Thorncliffe Park next week.
Toronto’s newest Costco Warehouse celebrates its grand opening on July 24. The public is invited to celebrate with opening day savings, a Coca-Cola giveaway, and perhaps most importantly: MORE samples!
The store has been in the works since 2013 and takes over the former Coca-Cola Refreshments Canada head office and bottling plant site located at 42 and 46 Overlea Boulevard.
In addition to the 15,402-square-metre warehouse store retailing supersized merchandise, the site will also offer an 18-pump vehicle fuel station.
Memberships are currently being offered from a trailer onsite in advance of the opening.
