Think of it the way you think about yoga — a simple, practical tool that builds something real over time. Except this one is for your mind.During the workshop, you'll move through two to three short guided activities that are personal, hands-on, and genuinely illuminating. You'll explore a colour-mapping tool for emotions, discover your own emotional patterns, and leave with materials to begin a simple daily practice at home — including nine days of guided activities to experience the My Fyrst™ method.Coffee is on us. Group size is intentionally kept small to create a calm, private atmosphere. No prior experience required.Registration is $25 — fully credited toward a My Fyrst membership if you choose to continue. Essentially, the workshop pays for itself.
