There’s a new dazzling afternoon tea launching soon in Toronto, and it looks like a must-try foodie experience from what we can gauge.
The Colette Grand Café, located in luxury department store Holt Renfrew, is known for its French-style fare in a chic and sophisticated atmosphere, but soon it will offer a brand new service for those interested in a glam culinary experience.

Starting on February 1, the Qeelin tea, a collaboration with Hong Kong-based fine jewellery brand, will be served exclusively at the Vancouver and Toronto locations of the cafe from 2 to 6 pm daily.
Guests at the tea can expect a “playful fusion of Chinese symbolism and Western modernity” featuring a curated assortment sweet and savoury items and a selection of scones, which arrive on a picture-perfect Qeelin Wulu tea stand.
As for the tea itself, expect offerings by Sloane Tea.
Qeelin has offered afternoon teas internationally before at spots like The Ritz-Carlton in Hong Kong and The St. Regis in Bangkok, but this will be the brand’s first tea foray in Canada.
