CN Tower offering nightly light shows to "brighten the mood"

Mar 23 2020, 6:44 pm

The CN Tower has begun offering nightly light shows in order to “brighten the mood” while Torontonians practice physical distancing.

Happening each night at the top and the bottom of the landmark, the show displays bright, rainbow colours swirling around the tower as opposed to the simple two-tones often shining from it.

In a comment on the page’s most recent post, the landmark said that it’s working on sorting out a livestream option, so that those who don’t have a view of the tower can still enjoy the show.

Another comment states that the tower is looking into coordinating music to pair with the light display.

Or — if you’re lucky enough to have a view of the 6ix stick — just keep an eye out your window.
