Church's Chicken rebranding and opening more Canadian restaurants

Those who adore fried chicken are in for a treat in 2020, because Church’s Chicken is gearing up to open five new locations — with a whole new look — this year.

Going from Church’s Chicken to Church’s Texas Chicken, the restaurant chain is introducing a new logo that’ll implement the Texas “lone star,” plus eatery design, packaging, and more.

But don’t fret — the fried chicken you love will remain.

Five new Church’s Texas Chicken restaurants are scheduled to open in Canada this year, and there are plans in motion to open more in 2020.

This year, chicken lovers can expect to find the fried goodness at the following locations across the country:

• 1549 Dundas Street East, Whitby, Ontario
• 2510 Eglinton Ave East, Scarborough, Ontario
• Brampton Corners, Quarry Edge Drive, Brampton, Ontario
• Shoppers World, 3003 Danforth Avenue, East York, Ontario
• 127 St NW, Edmonton, Alberta
