November in Toronto marks the beginning of the holiday season, when the city comes alive with festive vibes and magic.

To help make the city shine extra bright, CF Toronto Eaton Centre is launching a whole spectrum of holiday programming. From the beloved Christmas tree light and snow shows to live musical performances and all of your shopping needs, this is where you’ll want to be this season.

Indoor holiday tree light and snow shows

Everyone knows that Toronto’s holiday season doesn’t officially start until the CF Toronto Eaton Centre Christmas tree is glowing bright. Check out the annual tradition where the awe-inspiring 114-f00t-tall tree has already made its debut.

Four festive animated light shows will rotate daily on the tree with accompanying music to get you in a holly jolly mood. Presented by PayPal Pay in 4, the light and snow shows happen every hour on the hour, starting at 1 p.m.

Holiday portraits

Holiday photos come alive with CF Holiday Tree Portraits, presented by Simons. Grab the crew and pose in front of the grand holiday tree, while a professional photographer captures you from a unique and exclusive vantage point.

Guests will receive two digital photos for $10 — with the option to add a 4×6 print for an extra $8.

Santa visits

Santa is back in his cabin at CF Toronto Eaton Centre. Families can book their visit and purchase packages online, and will receive three digital photos as memories. Santa will also be giving out holiday treats courtesy of Purdy’s Chocolatier.

CF Toronto Eaton Centre is also offering Sensitive Santa sessions in partnership with the Autism Alliance of Canada for a quieter, more inclusive experience.

Holiday tunes

Cue the music! Festive jingles are here to bring good vibes to your shopping experience.

Daily live performances from local musicians take place every Thursday and Saturday until Dec. 20 ushering in the holiday season — aka the soundtrack to new memories.

Give the gift that everybody loves with a CF SHOP! card, now available with Black Friday promotions, running Nov. 22 to Nov. 23. Shoppers who purchase a $500 CF SHOP! card will receive a bonus card of $50, while shoppers who get a $250 card will receive a bonus card of $25.
