Get your wallet ready, because Casino Woodbine is reopening by the end of September.
It’s one of 11 casinos in Ontario reopening on September 28, which also include Casino Ajax and the Great Blue Heron Casino.
The properties are owned by the Great Canadian Gaming Corp, which is adhering to government occupancy rules — no more than 50 people can be inside at one time.
And gamblers will have to reserve their spot to get in online.
The company says table games will remain off limits and only slots will be open to gamblers.
“The health, safety and well-being of our guests and employees is our top priority. We are working diligently to ensure we are prepared to safely return to operations. This means we are collaborating with our gaming regulators and provincial health officials to develop a comprehensive health and safety plan for all our sites so that you have peace of mind when playing at our properties,” the release says.
The company also says hand sanitizer and wipe stations will be available on the casino floor.
