The Canadian Forces Snowbirds took flight over Toronto on Sunday as part of their cross-country tour to inspire hope during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The planes’ performance was delayed by one day due to the snow and hail that hit the city on Saturday, but on a more mild Mother’s Day, the aircraft took flight.
After flying over Toronto and landing at Pearson, the planes took off again just after noon for their next destination.
While many took to social media to share sights of the tight formation flying over the city, the Snowbirds themselves have shared their perspective on YouTube.
