Canada's Wonderland is offering virtual roller coaster rides

Mar 20 2020, 7:28 pm

While Ontarians practice social distancing to prevent the transmission of COVID-19, Canada’s Wonderland is infusing a little bit of joyful excitement into the day-to-day.

The beloved amusement park has uploaded virtual rides to its YouTube channel, which you can click into and enjoy, as if you were at the park IRL.

All you need to do is visit the Canada’s Wonderland YouTube channel and head over to Playlists. From there, you can select Roller Coaster POVs, Thrill Ride POVs, or Family Ride POVs.

Then, get comfy in front of the TV, click play, and enjoy the ride. If you record the experience and share it to social media, you might get reposted by the amusement park itself.

And the best part is, you don’t need to meet a height requirement to ride.

This is a chance for the kiddos to hop on the big coaster they’ve been dreaming of.
