Here's what the weather looks like for Canada Day in Toronto

With only two days until Canada Day, it is definitely time to break out your swimwear and sunscreen.

The Weather Network has forecasted Wednesday to be 27°C, but with the humidex it will feel like 33°C.

If you plan on spending time outside at night, the temperature is expected to drop to 20°C.

The probability of precipitation is at a low of 10%.

The Weather Network has also predicted a full 13 hours of sun on Canada Day and wind gusts are also expected to reach 17 km/h.

Temperatures for the rest of the week are all forecasted 30°C or 31°C and are expected to be mostly sunny except for a risk of thunderstorms on Friday, July 3.

Canada Day Weather

If you plan on spending Canada Day outdoors, there are plenty of things open for you to do. This includes Toronto Islands and the Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada.

There will also be virtual Canada Day celebrations to take part in.

The week’s warm weather follows the opening of public pools in Toronto and the City’s beaches with lifeguards.

If you are spending time outside, remember to drink plenty of water, as officials suggest.
