The same owners that brought Toronto Chicken in the Kitchen are about to open the city’s first Korean BBQ restaurant with three different types of grills.
Busan Galmaegi will open its doors on February 16, and when it does, you’ll find a gridiron grill, a cast iron grill, and a stone grill inside.

Each different grill serves a distinct purpose.
The gridiron is essential for cooking marinated meats; designed similarly to a mesh net, it allows for more fire to come through than a standard grill.
The cast iron grill is perfect for raw cuts of meat, and the stone grill is ideal for grilling beef intestines—a popular Korean dish.

To celebrate their grand opening, Busan will be offering their special marinated beef rib platter for free on February 16 and 17, from noon each day.
Platters will be served on a first come first serve basis, so don’t wait! This is a meal you’re going to want to sink your teeth into.
