"Once you go big, you never go back." – @simplyteee 😂 (Also you know it was a good brunch when there are three side orders of bacon. ✌️️) Yesterday was just one of those days that kept my heart smiling the entire time. From sharing a lovely meal with a group of friends, to going on a mini joyride, to exploring a new cafe, to sitting on the stairs making funny faces, to browsing the mall on a busy weekend, to talking to a stranger, to catching up with a good friend (and an exclusive tour of my dream company's office lol), and to spending the evening literally laughing out loud by myself while watching old episodes of Gilmore Girls and drinking a glass of Italian wine. Life DOES happen when you slow down. Simply giving ourselves the permission to enjoy a moment can make a difference. Even if it's an unlikely joyful situation such as hunting for a job, writing a final paper, or working out. Seeing these as opportunities rather than obligations make a difference.
