Outdoor workout specialists from TRIBE Fitness will be offering weekly fun (and challenging) yoga classes intended to strengthen both the body and the mind.
Enjoy your flow in the fresh air on Sundays at 7 pm, from June 16 to August 25.
And, twice a week starting on June 13, Tai Chi instructor Eti Greenberg will lead an intimate practice of the ancient Chinese exercise for physical health and mindfulness.
Take this no-cost opportunity to reduce tension, improve circulation, and increase flexibility with each session of slow and graceful movement.
Sessions will run on Mondays from 5:30 pm, and Thursdays from until August 29.
