The dish is “a cold ramen served in a beer mug,” a restaurant spokesperson tells Daily Hive. “It consists of chilled ramen noodle, cold fish and Kombu ramen broth, sweet corn, Wakame seaweed, Menma bamboo shoots, Naruto fish cake, charred scallion oil and whipped egg white.”
The end result is a noodly delight that looks exactly like a foaming pint, swimming with savoury deliciousness.
Don’t miss the chance to try this warmish-weather special, because come winter, cold ramen won’t be your go-to anymore!
