Welcoming in the holiday season, Balzac’s Coffee Roasters has launched this years’ holiday beverages and cups at all their GTA locations.

The Ontario-based coffee chain has announced six different seasonal beverages that can be ordered from all locations across the province.

The new drinks include Café Nordique, which is a rich fair trade organic espresso, with steamed milk of your choice, honey, cardamom, and vanilla. An Oat Milk Cookie Latte, made with fair trade organic espresso, oatmeal cookie syrup, and a nice amount of steamed oat milk.

Next on the menu board is their White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Latte, made with Lindt white chocolate and espresso, topped with steamed macadamia nut milk. The Toasted Almond Latte, which is steamed almond milk and espresso, with toasted almond mocha syrup. A Salted Caramel Latte with a double, short, or long fairtrade organic espresso shot, and salted caramel syrup with a generous amount of steamed 2% milk and a thick layer of microfoam. And last but not least if you’re not in the mood for coffee — the Caramel Apple Cider.

For its seasonal roast, they have their limited edition Winter Blend – roasted in Ancaster, “a Fairtrade organic marble blend, with a rich and harmonious balance of sweet plum and dark chocolate notes,” said Balzac’s.

As for their holiday cups, the shades of blue for each size differ, running off a playful winter wonderland theme.
