Ontario-wide Amber Alert over after missing 9-month-old found safe

An Ontario-wide Amber Alert issued to find a missing nine-month-old girl has been cancelled after the infant was found safe.

A suspect is in custody, according to Ottawa Police.

The force added that the investigation is ongoing.

A provincial Amber Alert for the infant was issued just after 3:10 pm.
