ORIGINAL STORY: Waterloo Regional Police have issued an Amber Alert for toddlers last seen in Kitchener.
According to police, a one-year-old and three-year-old are believed to be travelling with their mother Mariam Muhsin Mohamed, 21, and a male, Maxamed Abukar Maxaad, 27.
