Peel police have issued an Amber Alert for a missing five-year-old boy who is believed to be in the company of his mother.
The boy was last seen in the area of Cawthra Road and Atwater Avenue in Mississauga between 3 pm and 4 pm on Wednesday.

Authorities say they believe he is with his mother.
His mother is described as 5’0″, 130 lbs., with brown eyes, black hair and brown skin. Police say she wears glasses and she was last seen wearing a blue shirt with black leggings, black boots with fur trim and a brown jacket.
