Lunchtime Yoga

Free lunchtime Yoga at the Sony Centre continues this week as part of their community programs. Bring your own towel, and register to ensure your spot!

December 6th Candlelight Vigil

December 6 is the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women in Canada. Every year, Women Won’t Forget organizes a candlelight vigil at Philosophers Walk, to mourn the 14 women murdered in 1989 at l’École Polytechnique de Montréal because of their gender.

Free Beyography classes

The Sony Centre for Performing Arts is hosting two free Beyography classes this month, and it all starts tonight. That’s right, everyone can try the two-hour intensive dance class to learn choreography to queen Bey herself. Register online!
