WSU students must be vaccinated against COVID-19 to return to campus

Washington State University, Seattle University, and Pacific Lutheran University have all mandated that students and faculty hoping to return to campus this fall receive their COVID-19 vaccines.

Students participating in fully online or remote programs are automatically exempted from this mandate, as are those with medical, religious or personal reasons.

Proof of vaccination from students living in university housing will need to be submitted by August 6.

According to The Chronicle of Higher Education, over 100 colleges and universities nationally have announced vaccination requirements for students and employees.
