Washington State coronavirus cases continue to rise

The Washington government has revealed that the state’s COVID-19-related death toll has reached 1,495 after announcing 13 more deaths since Thursday afternoon.
According to the Washington State Department of Health Website, there have been 815 new known cases of coronavirus reported in the last 24 hours.
This brings the state’s confirmed total to 50,824 with 407 current hospitalizations, 52 of which are intubated.
Currently, 833,158 tests (approximately 94% of all coronavirus tests in the state) have turned up negative.
The United States’ total death toll now sits at 148,429.
