Washington confirms 672 more coronavirus cases in the past 24 hours

The Washington government has revealed that the state’s COVID-19-related death toll has reached 1,468 after announcing three more deaths since Tuesday afternoon.

According to the Washington State Department of Health Website, there have been 672 new known cases of coronavirus reported in the last 24 hours.

This brings the state’s confirmed total to 49,247 with 385 current hospitalizations, 55 of which are intubated.

Currently, 805,905 tests (approximately 94% of all coronavirus tests in the state) have turned up negative.

The United States’ total death toll now sits at 146,107.
