The Washington government has revealed that the state’s COVID-19-related death toll has reached 1,427 after announcing six more deaths since Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Washington State Department of Health Website, there have been 1267 new known cases of coronavirus reported in the last 24 hours.
This brings the state’s confirmed total to 44,313 with 379 hospitalizations, 45 of which are intubated.
Currently, 708,861 tests (approximately 94% of all coronavirus tests in the state) have turned up negative.
The United States’ total death toll now sits at 140,970.
