Washington reports over 2,300 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours

The Washington government has revealed that the state’s COVID-19-related death toll is 2,774 after announcing 71 new deaths since Friday afternoon.

According to the Washington State Department of Health Website, there have been 3,319 new known cases of coronavirus reported in the last 24 hours.

This brings the state’s confirmed total to 165,019 with 917 current hospitalizations, 113 of which are intubated.

The United States’ total death toll now sits at 274,285.
