The Nutcracker by the PNW Ballet returns to Seattle this month

It wouldn’t be Christmas without the Pacific Northwest Ballet performing their iconic rendition of George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker.

This year’s performance, however, will be unlike any other from the past.

The Pacific Northwest Ballet will be streamed virtually this year, starting on December 18 through December 26.

This heartwarming production will take you on a magical adventure through the Land of Snow to the Kingdom of Sweets, which is sure to delight audiences of all ages.

Join Clara on her journey through the Land of Snow and the Lemonade Sea to the Kingdom of The Sugar Plum Fairy.

The show features the Pacific Northwest Ballet Company dancers, unique-to-Seattle sets and costumes by Ian Falconer, known for his creation of Olivia the Pig, as well as Tchaikovsky’s timeless score performed by the world-famous Pacific Northwest Ballet Orchestra.
