Enjoy a social dinner and cocktail night with The Lakehouse in Seattle

Put on a nice outfit and treat yourself to a night out, in.

The Lakehouse is hosting a virtual cocktail paired dinner on January 30 with Chef Jason Wilson and Joe Dietrich, the lead Civility and Unrest bar manager who will be supplying cocktails, dinner, and recipes for a fun, interactive Saturday night.

Rather than just enjoying takeout, engage with other guests and the chefs over a video call.

The Lakehouse’s menu is inspired by Bellevue’s sense of place and evolution and spotlights the produce sourced from their ever-evolving grower and farmer relationships.

The virtual cocktail dinner’s menu includes a salad of marinated winter vegetables, grilled romaine, and green goddess dressing, the first course of grilled rare ahi tuna paired with a mint tea-infused cachaca and mango lime sherbet, the main course of braised beef short rib, potato puree, baby carrots and wild mushrooms with a spiced rum barrel-aged tequila negroni, followed by Meyer lemon bars for dessert.

Each $250 dinner for two can be ordered online by January 29.
