South African comic, Trevor Noah, is currently the host of The Daily Show on Comedy Central and known best for his politically charged jokes. He’s taking over the Tacoma Dome Friday night and is sure to have the crowd hooting and hollering with laughter.

Winter Onesieland


If you dream of a land of wonder, amazement, and comfort, Winter Onesieland is for you. The biggest onesie party of Seattle is being hosted at Substation and will feature over 20 of Seattle’s DJs spinning the best of house, dubstep, trap, riddim, trance, hardstyle, and more. The event will feature three stages and run until 2 am.

Hello Kitty Friends Around The World Tour

To celebrate her birthday, Sanrio is hosting a traveling pop-up in various US Cities. The pop-up, Hello Kitty Friends Around The World Tour, features plenty of Instagrammable spots, with a new one around every corner. Notable parts of the pop-up include a larger-than-life plush New York Pizza, cardboard cutouts of Hello Kitty’s clothing, and a French Boulangerie.

Winter has officially arrived with the return of Winterfest. The sparkling lights and ice rink pretty much scream Instagram, while Saturday ice sculpting is a treat for the whole family. On New Year’s Eve, the Seattle Center will be bursting with fireworks.

Miracle on 2nd, an annual holiday-themed pop-up event, has made its way back to Rob Roy for another year of festivities and tasty treats. There will be plenty of holiday decor to take your mind off of holiday stress, as well as festive drinks such as the Snowball Old Fashioned with caramelized pecan bourbon, and the Yippie Ki Yay Mother F*****r with rum, cahaça, purple yam, and coconut orgeat.

DSA Holiday Carousel
