Borscht Competition

What: Ready, set, cook! Register online by messaging the Facebook event and then bring a pan of your best borscht to be judged by guests at the event. All guests to the competition will be able to sample borscht and vote for which one is their favorite.

What: This Sunday market never fails to attract over 150 vendors each week. In addition to the vendors, several food trucks set up shop and provide the market with much-needed grub.

What: Carve soapstone with master instructor Cyra Hobson. She’ll show you how to use tools to cut the stone into a three-dimensional animal sculpture. Each student must bring an additional $10 to pay for the soapstone kit.
