What: If you’ve got pain or tension in any part of your body, come out to Motion Stretch Studio’s free pop-up event. Coaches will spend ten minutes working with you by combining active stretching with myofascial release. Once your pain is relieved, stop by The Juicy Cafe for a free cold-pressed juice.
