Chunky Knit Blanket Workshop

What: Spend your day knitting up something cozy as the Seattle temperature gradually lowers. In this class, you’ll use chunky chenille yarn to hand-knit a one-of-a-kind blanket. Color options will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Bring in old garments to be transformed by Janelle Abbott, local artist who takes unworn clothing and repurposes them into pieces that the owners will love and adore. Bring in one to two items that you’d like refurbished, and within 30 minutes it’ll be better than before. Due to equipment restrictions, garments that are fur, leather, or excessive sequins will not be accepted.
