If you’re new around here, you may be confused by the sacred tradition of Blue Friday: wearing your best Seahawks gear on every Friday of the Seahawks football season.

This Friday is a particularly big, as the Seahawks get ready to face the Green Bay Packers this weekend for the divisional playoff game.

Here are some of the ways that Seattle’s getting ready for the big game:

The Seattle Aquarium

For their daily scuba show, the Seattle Aquarium divers mixed things up by wearing Seahawks jerseys over top of their scuba suits.

Space Needle

The Space Needle has donned its jersey in the form of a flag. Former Seahawks superstar Cliff Avril was there to raise the 12-foot banner, which will tower above Seattlitles until after Sunday’s game.

Pike Place Market

The Milwaukee Public Market and Pike Place Market have decided to get in on the game day action. The market in the losing city has to send the market in the winning city a gift basket of regional favorites — talk about a double win.
