Salt and Straw, known for creative flavors such as Thanksgiving dinner-flavored ice cream, has announced the opening of a third Washington location at Totem Lake.

The Pacific Northwestern chain will open their first Eastside scoop shop on Friday, November 20, in Kirkland at 12620 120th Avenue NE. The location will be the first free-standing building among the brand’s scoop shops and is set to have signature store elements and covered outdoor space with a firepit.

“This redevelopment in north Kirkland is game-changing and brings so much life to our community,” said Snohomish-raised Tyler Malek, Co-Founder/Chief Creative Officer, in a press release.

The new location’s menu will include 10 classic flavors including Sea Salt with Caramel Ribbons, Chocolate Gooey Brownie, Honey Lavender, and vegan Freckled Mint TCHO-colate Chip.
