Bring your dog to Seattle's biggest Christmas light Maze

Nov 29 2019, 6:58 pm

There is nothing dogs love more than walks, playtime and, of course, you — their owner. Treat them to all three this Christmas during the Paws ‘n’ Claus event at Enchant Christmas.

For the second year in a row, Enchant Christmas, the world’s largest Christmas maze and market, has made its way to T-Mobile Park and is sticking around until December 29.

This year’s theme is “Mischievous,” based around an original story that follows a playful little elf named Eddie who has hidden eight very important presents just before Christmas. By coming to Enchant Christmas, you can help Santa locate the gifts that Eddie’s hidden throughout the maze.

On December 1 and 16, enjoy the park on foot with your furry friends. It’s the one time of year where you can enjoy the beauty and wonder of Enchant Christmas with your pets. The event will feature an on-site vet, along with medics for human friends.

While dogs need to be on a leash at all times, your four-legged friend will love walking through the stimulating 100,000-sq-ft maze, surrounded by light sculptures and trees. Your dogs will be your best guide to solving the maze: sniffing their way out while meeting other festive pups.

When your pooch eventually needs a break, take them to one of many comfort stations where they can rest and befriend other dogs. Take this time to visit The Ice Bar and Lounge beside the Ice Skating Trail, where you can warm up, socialize, and enjoy Instagram-worthy cocktails, beer, and more.

Don’t forget to visit the Christmas Market for food and drinks, as well as over 70 local artisans and international favorites. While in the market, be sure to peruse the special dog-related vendors, who will have special dog-friendly swag.

The special event requires the purchase of one human ticket and one dog ticket. The Paws ‘n’ Claus tickets are only sold online in advance and won’t be available at the door. In order to purchase a doggie ticket, select an adult ticket for December 1 or 16. As you continue through the checkout, you’ll be prompted to select your desired add-ons, select a dog’s ticket, and add it to your cart.
