Grab delicious boozy drinks to-go at Seattle's Mojito

It seems as though Seattle’s skipped out on the usual rain and has hopped right into summer.

While we’re not complaining, it does have us longing for one of our favorite summertime drinks: the mojito.

We’ve scoured high and low and discovered that one of our favorite Lake City spots, Mojito, has found a way to package their delicious boozy drinks to-go.

Mojito is known for its Latin American dishes and tasty cocktails, including their namesake mojitos, margaritas, and other refreshing mixed drinks.

When ordering your take-away mojito, expect the beverage to come in two parts: one is the ready-to-go, non-alcoholic mint and lime soda, and the other is a mini bottle of Bacardi to stir in.

Make sure you’re safely home before mixing the two together and getting the party started!

While at Mojito, we recommend ordering a plate or two of vaca frita, traditional Cuban shredded beef marinated in lime juice and sautéed with onions, garlic, and sweet peppers, and the berenjena en coco, a Venezuelan dish of sautéed eggplant with vegetables in a coconut sauce.
