One of the cutest Korean stores in Seattle, K Banana, is welcoming the Chunks Holiday Pop-Up on Sunday, December 1.
K Banana, which opened in May, is home to skincare products, masks, beauty products, bath and body products, and accessories. The adorable shop is exactly what you’d imagine it would be like to walk into an Instagram feed: coated in bright colors, wavy shapes, and trendy packages.
The shop regularly hosts pop-ups, such as a nail bar pop-up later this month. Liz Kang Yates, the shop owner, aims to introduce Americans to new K-Beauty brands that are proven to be good for the skin. “The customer needs to be more educated about the ingredients and what can benefit your skin,” she toldĀ beautyindependent.
On December 1, fellow Asian-American company Chunks will be showcasing their accessories in store along with a meet and greet with founder Tiffany Ju. The first ten shoppers to buy Chunks accessories will receive a special gift with purchase.
Chunks focuses on upcycling materials to create eyewear and hair wear while promoting diversity and creativity.
The whole Chunks collection is available for viewing and purchaseĀ online.
